About SecureGov Cares

SecureGov Cares was created to make cybersecurity accessible, practical, and community-rooted.

Our Mission

To empower communities with comprehensive and accessible cybersecurity education; to safeguard vulnerable, marginalized, and underserved groups from an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving landscape of digital threats; and to establish meaningful, long-term, and equitable pathways into the technology sector for individuals and communities that have been historically excluded, overlooked, or denied opportunities—ultimately fostering a more inclusive, resilient, and secure digital future for all.

Our Leadership

Davida Moore-Sieray, founder and CEO, leads SecureGov Cares to empower communities and make cybersecurity accessible for all.

Davida Moore-Sieray

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Founded by Davida Moore-Sieray, a Black woman entrepreneur and strategist building solutions at the intersection of governance, cybersecurity awareness, and compliance.

Davida founded SecureGov Solution to support organizations navigating government contracting and compliance landscapes, and SecureGov Cares to focus on people-first education, access, and protection. Her work is grounded in 10+ years of experience in business development, branding, and strategic positioning, combined with a demonstrated skill in content creation and media production.

In the areas of GovTech, cybersecurity, and CMMC, Davida is less than one year into her journeylearning and building alongside trusted partners to responsibly grow technical capability and community impact.

SecureGov Cares was created in response to real gaps in cybersecurity education, accessibility, and representation—bridging strategy, storytelling, and community impact through collaboration and continuous learning.
